AEM Launches deleted automatically

Hi ,

 We are in AEM 6.5.17 and we just migrated to 6.5.21 . Launches in AEM are getting deleted automatically and we do not have any traces in any logs. We reached to adobe support and they could not trace the event of deletion in any logs. Is there a way to track or recover the deleted launches ? There are also possibilities that someone mistakenly deleted the node in CRX, in this scenarios how do we track down ? any better way to monitor ? This is happening periodically on the WIP launches and it is affecting the business . Please suggest how to tackle this?

Hi @gokulakr ,

While upgrading from SP 17 to SP 21, did you have any custom permission ACLs which got overwritten by SP 21 installation?
Please check rep:policy of your folder in CRX if you had any custom policies and try to add it back if it got overwritten.
Also, creating and editing launches requires access rights to /content/launches - as with the default group content-authors.
Check if you have access to it or not?
