AEM Sitemap externalize and extension less URL

As part of this blog, we will try to understand everything around sitemaps and how to implement them in AEM following a step-by-step process for both AEM on prem and AEM as a cloud service.
 
Also, creating a Sitemap for AEM as a cloud service AEMaaCS having externalize URL and remove html from the same sitemap URL’s as shown below.
