Does AEM have Data pseudo-nomization and Data anonymization features?

NO - AEM does not support this ootb. TO achieve this functionality - you would need to use a JAVA API such as this product and build a custom service:

Even if it is not there in AEM out of box, please suggest whether these could be achieved by integrating some outside products.
