AEM 6.5LTS: Folder won't be created on filesystem during installation

Hello,

I’m facing following situation:

• On WindowsOS:
  When I create a brand new instance with SP3, the folder “crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle35/data” is being created. This one contains two files “hmac” and “master”.
• On MacOS:
  When I create a brand new instance with SP3, “the folder crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle35/data” is not being created. Instead of physical files they exists as properties, under “/etc/key”
• On LinuxOS:
  When I create a brand new instance with SP3, sometimes the folder “crx-quickstart/launchpad/felix/bundle35/data” is being created sometimes not.

My question is, when will the files “hmac” and “master” created as physical files and when they will be created as node property from repostory node “/etc/key”?
