AEM 6.2 page creation issue

I'm creating a page using pagemanger.create(String parentPath, String pageName, String template, String title)  method. But the page is created but the jcr:content node is created with a primary type nt:unstructured instead of cq:pageContent. Could you please let me know i am missing something?

Got the issue.It was because the system user i used doesn't have proper permissions to /apps.
