AEM 5.6 ON WINDOWS8

I am not able to in install properly AEM 5.6.1 on windows8, I have changed the JAVA_HOME to jdk 1,7.

Once installed following error comes-

Unable to compile class for JSP: An error occurred at line: 95 in the jsp file: /libs/granite/core/components/login/login.jsp The type java.lang.CharSequence cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files 92: ? request.getParameter(PARAM_NAME_REASON)

 

Not sure what mistake i am doing here.

Can someone help me on the same.
