I'm too experiencing the same problem as of now I write this @2:44AM PST 07/30/2018.

Anybody have any idea on ETA??

hey .. if the repo server is down, can you let us know the ETA? We are not able to create any project using the archetype

    Where are we on this? There are all kinds of work arounds, but I don't want to work around so many jar files
