Adobe Portfolio problems

I'm creating a video portfolio - I'm a film editor - using Adobe Portfolio. I was uploading some work, but I noticed that there's no way to choose the cover frame (a serious flaw). This was ruining the look of my portfolio, so I tried embedding directly from Vimeo and YouTube, but after doing so, I noticed that only a tiny thumbnail appeared, it didn't look good at all. Does anyone know what's happening or how to fix this?

Since Adobe Portfolio is part of the Creative Cloud ecosystem, it isn't officially covered here in the Experience League forums which cover the Adobe Experience cloud ecosystem.

Your best bet for a technical fix is the Creative Cloud community

I understand, thank you. The problem is that there isn't a specific community for Adobe Portfolio in the Creative Cloud Community either. There seems to be one for all the other apps, but I can't find it for this one.

@Ganso_o_Editor I cannot speak for Adobe here. But if there is no community for this product, next best place to start to raise a ticket with Adobe(Probably you might have already done this).
