Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts

Hello

 

We are having this problem when trying to access experience cloud.

We have the adobe console access as well , but couldn't see where to set this up.( Already saw other questions and suggestions was you can do it in console)

 

Please if anyone can help ?
