Adobe Experience manager Mysql data folder is too large.

Hi,

 

We have setup Experience manager to run as a word to PDF convertor on a watchfolder.   but we have found that in the mysql data folder it is generating 1GB files, and now upto 80GB,  how can I stop this as we are not storing anything in AEM?
