Adobe Cloud Service set permission error

In the Admin Console, I granted the A group all default role permissions for Cloud Manager and assigned the AEM Users and AEM Administrators roles for the CloudService-dev environment. However, members of the A group are unable to edit or create pages in AEM, and they can access the Developer Console.

Does the Cloud Service permission synchronization require time?

Are you using old AMS Admin Console to manually add permissions and then assigning it to Users?

Please use Adobe IMS Admin console in AEMaaCS where we need to assign product profiles to each user group and then same can be assigned to Users.

I did not use the old method.

I followed the official instructions to assign permissions. but it did not take effect
