Adding permission package as part of ACM deployment

We are using AMS service and using ACM to deploy the packages in our environments. For Permission(ACL) packages we are using manual approach to deploy in instance. For lower environments we are taking care of it and higher environments adobe rep helping us on deploying the packages.

Is there any way we can use ACM deployment to instance ACL packages only in author instance for each environment?
