Adaptive Form Component Editor Error

Hi, I followed this link to enable the form core components:

but when I use the adaptive Form component - checkbox ,i am getting the issue as in screenshot. 

Please provide solution to resolve this issue.

Please check if there is any configuration that's needed to be available for the configuration to work.
