ACS Commons 5.1.0 update Has affected Generic lists

After updating ACS commons to version 5.1.0, earlier, we have title and value - two fields, now, if we create generic list or open any existing generic list, we get country specific titles e.g. Title (Arabic), Title (Russian), Title (Russian - Russia) .... may languages and one value. is this change deliberate or some mistake has happened ? Please refer Screenshot.

This change is to enable support for Localized titles. Its added in 5.1.0. Please refer below link.

what if we don't want it? is there any way to do that - getting only Title + Value, so that our list is clean and authoring is simple.
