Access Denied Error while updating the Page Properties of the page

Hi All,

 

We have a group called "abc" and having read/modify access to the content path.

We are able to modify the content of the page and we are getting the Error  "javax.jcr.AccessDeniedException: Access denied" while updating/modifying the page properties of that page.

 

Tried to give the root level permission to the Modify node but still we are getting the same error.

I mean Create/Delete access at content path level but not at the root level. 

Users will get Page properties access only when we give Create/Delete access at the particular content path level.

Yes - I have already tested by granting Create/Delete privilege but No Luck

did you try by giving Create/Delete access as well to the group?

No - We haven't granted Create/Delete in the root level and as this is Production we shouldn't grant Create/Delete privilege.
