Use Brackets IDE which allows you to import or export code from/to server. Another alternative is VS Code IDE with its AEM Sync plugin -

      There are several ways to do this, and almost every IDE has its own tool to achieve this behavior. Depending on which IDE you are using, you can choose the tool that works best for you; there is no specific preference.
