hi everybody !!!! I mean: a single dps 2015 .ipa file will fit all screen devices like iphone 6 plus and ipad mini ?? and the readers can experiment a good user experience maybe with some letter boxing in different size devices ??? Thanks a lot !!!

Galilée is correct, HTML articles will fill the entire screen. InDesign-based articles will be letterboxed on screens with different aspect ratios. You can create a project that has two top level collections, one for phone and the other for tablet. This will allow you to choose exactly which content appears on each device.
