6.2 Users.... On the Security side of AEM... I need help!

When I search certain users, their name does not appear. They are registered and part of groups but I can't search them. Their name shows up under the groups they belong to. This includes myself which makes it hard to add myself as an impersonator. The page is so old when I click on the help tab it brings me to a 404 error page. Anyone experience this before?

Are you experiencing this issue in both touch-UI and classic UI screen?

Generally classic UI shows the correct details of user/group. You can check the rep:members of type WeakReference[] of group in crxde to verify the added users part of that group.
