409 error Conflict for saving changes

I got one apps/myproject1/file1 including components and clientlibs.

I copied and make one more dir under apps/myproject2/file2 same components and clientlibs.

I changed the categories of the clientlibs and also update the components.

When I am trying to save the changes in file1. it says

"Could not save changes. Received 409 (Conflict) for saving changes in workspace crx.default." var/clientlibs.

What could be reason ?
