Support modern image formats (AVIF, JPG XL)

Hello Adobe Team, currently modern image formats are not fully supported end-2-end.

In the CF Editor

AVIF = Asset reference can be selected, NO preview image shown to authors. The delivey through Dynamic Media with OpenAPI is working

JPG XL = Asset reference can be selected, NO preview image shown to Authors. The delivery through Dynamic Media with OpenAPI is NOT able to render it.
