How to combine AEM Personalization with Content Services for headless delivery?

Question

Hi all,

We are currently looking for a solution to deliver personalized (targeted) content to different native apps.

https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/contexthub_personal_exfragments.html seems like a good match, but it doesn't show how to expose the personalized experiences through Content Services when using a headless setup.

How can I expose all different experiences through the page's model.json, so the native app can select the appropriate experience?
