Hi @abuthahir03 ,

Kindly refer https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/edge-delivery/document-authoring/setup-customer-sharepoint

Also is there any specific error you are getting while using the sharepoint for uploading word document for EDS.

Thanks

Hello,

in case you are using Google Drive/Docs, you cannot simply upload a DOC or DOCX file. Check this https://support.aodocs.com/hc/en-us/articles/210147546-Convert-Microsoft-Office-files-to-Google-files

Hope this helps,

Daniel

Hello,

in case you are using Google Drive/Docs it uses a different format than Word on your PC, so you cannot simply upload a .doc or docx there. Try this:

  1. Open your library in Google Drive.
  2. Select the file you want to convert.
  3. Open the More actions menu and select Convert to Google Docs.
  4. In the dialog, select the destination folder for the converted document. You can select My Drive or The current folder.
  5. Click Convert.

Hope this helps,

Daniel
