I wanted to know about the accessibility and analytics are happening in document based authoring.

You can't modify/generate much at backend.

Analytics

The only option to include analytics is at clienside.

Accessibility

Semantic HTML: EDS delivery content with semantic HTML elements that are natively accessible, such as <header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>, and others, to help screen readers and other assistive technologies understand the structure of the content.
Alt Text for Images: Included descriptive alt text for images to ensure that visually impaired users can understand the content.
