Adobe Audience Manager

Hi,We would like to send segments to AA from Audience Manager for reporting purpose.  Would that count as a server cost to either Audience Manager or Analytics?  If you can let us know, that would be great? Thanks

Hi,Recently, I have created few look-alike models using existing segments (which are already mapped to DV360). But, How do I map these models to DV360? As I don't see an option while editing or creating to the destinations which has been already created? Any help would be appreciated! Regards,Charlie

Hi All, Need suggestions on how to export all "active" segments from Adobe Audience Manager.  Currently, we don't have an integration between AAM and Adobe Analytics. For one of our projects we would like to add data into AAM. We would like our data to be shown as signals in AAM and to link it to our user identifier ECID using this method - Send Data to the DCS - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/api-and-sdk-code/dcs/dcs-event-calls/dcs-url-send.html?lang=en#  Questions with regards to the samples below.  Is this the correct way to send data signals to the DCS to add data to AAM? Hi,I am new to AAM and we are trying to implement AAM through adobe launch . Our one single property hold multiple sites and the requirement is to load Adobe audience manger only one domain. I thought I can create a rule to load like adobe target but action type only contain custum code. is there any way to load this library spefici to domain? Thanks, Pradeep

Hi all - we recently added People Based Destinations to AAM, and are sending hashed email-based audiences into Facebook and LinkedIn.  We are a B2B software company, and are seeing pretty poor match rates when it comes to our email based audiences.  We suspect its due to our registration strategy, allowing only business emails, and end user preference to use personal email on social sites.  We are seeing: Facebook:  <10% matchLinkedIn: ~35% match Anyone out there using AAM in a B2B setting that can share match rates?  Approaches that have helped improve this?

We're seeing more and more requests for audiences to be fed into Sprinklr as a central social management platform.  Other vendors are doing this.  Is anyone aware of this integration?  Has anyone solved for this with a custom integration?

I want to create new traits and segments in AAM but i dont fid the add new CTA to do so. I did check my administrative right to the tool and it seem exactly like for a user who can see the create new CTA. Please help me understand if I am missing something

Hello  All,We have audience manager and ECID service setup on all non login pages of our website via Adobe Launch, however due to security reasons we are not using Launch on login page. We have included ECID service library file in the login page and calling setCustomerID() function once customer authenticates and setting up customer hash email as userid.As per our use case we are also onboarding CRM data in AAM data source which has same integration code as "userid" in above login page setCustomerID() code as below. visitor.setCustomerIDs({"userid":{"id":"67312378756723456","authState":Visitor.AuthState.AUTHENTICATED}}); I need your help in understanding, if AAM DIL code implementation is needed on login page for AAM to synchronize customer hash email from login page and that in the uploaded CRM file ?The use case is to personalize non login pages with attributes from CRM. Thankyou for your replies !

Hi community, I have a campaign running where we are targeting customers to renew their contract. The segment supporting this uses an onboarded trait that we get from a .overwrite file uploaded daily. For example:  123 (DPID) <tab> renewal = segment1 We also send out direct emails to this same group of customers in the segment with a direct CTA to the renewal landing page, and customers would need to authenticate first.  From Analytics, what we are seeing is after the customer clicks on the CTA, authenticates, and gets directed to the landing page, they are actually not in the segment yet. In a lot of cases, I noticed that the customer then falls into the segment after a few days when they visit again. Is this somewhat related to first-hit targeting? I would understand if it's using a rule-based trait, but with onboarded trait I thought we would have qualified these authenticated customers into their intended segments already. I am hoping to get some

I am using AC's "Update shared audience" block to export audiences to AAM, which seem to expire after a few months. Is that so? How long until they expire? Is there a way of configuring that? TIA

As we continue to mature the Audience Manager product with my organization, there was a consideration to use a Customer Data Feed (CDF) from Audience Manager into our central data lake.  As I am starting my discovery and reading about CDF, I am intrigued about how best to communicate it to our stakeholders to get their support for this effort.   With the additional information Audience Manager is providing for each ID (on an hourly basis) in a CDF, what are the best way to sell CDF to our stakeholders?   What sort of additional business insights can they gain?  Why would various IT and non-IT team be onboarding with supporting another file process?Please feel free to share any thoughts you have on CDF....good, bad, and anything in between.  I would love to hear the wide spectrum.  Thanks in advance for your time!

This is an indirect AAM question. We have Adobe Analytics and we server side forward non-pii data to Audience Manager with an anonymous ID, and send that to destinations such as DSP's to activate segments.  With iOS 14 using the IDFA will require an opt-in through a default iOS pop-up, much like allowing push notifications.https://developer.apple.com/app-store/user-privacy-and-data-use/ However it's not perfectly clear to me, if such an opt-in is required also for tracking in the way described above. Any opinions on this matter? 

Hi, I have few questions regarding Adobe's point of view on Apple's recent announcement on IDFA: 1) What impact will it have if mobile based segments are mapped to destinations that receive IDFAs? Will AAM gets restricted for performing device ID sync if a user does not allow tracking in app? 2) Will impact the customer ID sync? If the customer has 2 mobile devices and the app in both the devices is opted-out for tracking? Can we still stitch those 2 devices of a user under one profile with customer ID sync and Profile Merge rules? Thanks,Varun Kalra

I am working with a potential client and they keep waffling back and forth between building a native Salesforce app or letting me use my preferred front-end technology, Angular.I am not very familiar with Salesforce course , so if anyone could provide some insight for me, I would be very grateful!Basically, I believe that building the front-end with Angular and using the Salesforce API for the backend is a great solution that would work really well. (They already use salesforce as their CMS and do not want to change that, which is fine with me.)As far as I can tell, there is no benefit to building the app directly into Salesforce except that if I built it with Lightning, non-code users could edit the project. Is this interpretation correct? Am I missing something? Can anyone explain why a native Salesforce app would be a better choice?Thanks!

Hi guys, I hope everyone is doing good and health. I'm trying to implement an use case that I don't really know if it's possible or if I'm missing something. Let me give a quick overview. I've created a new Datasource (based on Customer ID) to onboard data from the CRM. For the onboarding process I'm basically importing only CRM_ID  TRAIT_ID (ie):1 "crm_user_user"="1"2 "crm_user_user"="1".....The file is process fine:  We have Adobe Analytics on the Website and we have server-side forwarding in place - working fine, we have other destinations. At Data Collection (Launch) we are doing the ID Sync once the user logs in, passing the integration code of the Onboarding Datasource (created above) and the logged CRM_ID for the ID Sync - our understanding it's that this ID Sync will map the AAM UUID with the CRM ID on this Datasource (right?). We worked with Adobe TechOps and created a S2S Destinatios (User DPID segment export) - Already in place.&n
