hi together

We have a crm signal from our data warehouse, which we use to target a specific group.

Problem:

The specific offer is only available for 2 weeks.

Example:

User is selected for the offer today. Offer is valide now for 2 weeks.

How can we make sure, that the user is disqualified for the offer after this two weeks.

is there a possibilite to work with an exclude trait with a "time dimension" ?

br

Fernando

Hi fernandob69944013

If we are using a rule based trait in segment, then we can definitely exclude user after certain time by using recency and frequency in segment expression.

In case segment is built off using onboarded trait only, then we need to include a rule based trait as per our use case to utilize recency and frequency.

Shweta
