workspace: lock panel filters for all panels

I often have Workspcae Projects with multiple panels (logical groups), all of them have almost the same filters in the header. with the new feature "drip down filter" it's time to suggest a new idea:

Idea: lock panel filters to be the same - and when selecting a dropdown value, it's currated to all panels. would be great to have it as a "per filter"-option...

This way I have following benefits:

1) easy setup/modification of dashboards with multiple panel (especially if you have more that a few panels)

2) easely filter data with just one click over all panels (just use drop-down and all panels have the same filter applied)
