I am trying to schedule a report delivery using FTP and HTML format:

But every time I receive the message:

I double checked the FTP server config and there is nothing wrong in receive HTML format.

Is this a bug?

I opened an incident. They raised it to a bug and sent it to engineering team.

Dear Matheus,

I hope HTML format is not supported for FTP Scheduler.

Let us wait for the confirmation from other experts.

Thank You

Arun

Hi Arun,

It's possible that scheduler doesn't support HTML format. But, in that case, it's a bug.

The option to select HTML is available in the user interface, and the documentation doesn't mention any unsupported format for FTP specifically. It means that this behavior isn't expected.

Agreed. I think this is one for Customer Care, so we can kick off the process to get a bug created for our engineering team.
