What is "Internal" traffic in "First touch channel" report please

Only starting with the software

Im looking into client's accounts and I see "Internal" source in channels report

What would that be vs direct or organic?

Clients has a m.mysite.com mobile site ( this analytics vie is only for desktop ) If it matters.
