Warehouse report generation issue

Hi!

Since tuesday about 2pm GMT  I’ve been trying to pull a few warehouse report from the nhstdn report suite trough the api. But the report generation never finishes. I’ve currently got a report in question now .its report id id is 1859838617. And request id is 17487507. Would be great if anyone know how to fix the report generation or provide some sort of explanation.

Hi Matias,

This is almost always because the end date is in the future.

From the location you retrieved the request ID, check if the status is "Waiting for data"? if yes, then the selected end date is not yet reached and the system is simply waiting to send you the data once the last day completes.
