Video Clicks shown wrong metrics

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to show how many customer click on the video link, Instead of showing the number of count (1,2,3,4), the metric shows the time a customer watched video. Do you have any suggestion?

Do you have any Production Link where I can validate the tagging? Guess there are gaps with the tagging/tracking.
