User Admin:More comprehensive usage and login data

Admin should be able to get much more comprehensive and insightful view of SiteCat usage and the ability to set alerts to notify when certain users log in.  Login and usage metrics such as - frequency/average visit time/dashboards created/scheduled reports created/data exports run/ number of dashboards in total etc etc. We need to understand the extent of usage.

Omniture also needs to improve the 'Last log in'  time which is currently meaningless as no time zone is quoted - please align all times to local time!! We are 6000miles away from the data centers in Tijuana!
