Use Calculated metrics inside segments

!!NOT the same as being able to apply segment to calc. metrics!!

Goal:

Segment Visitors based on calculated metrics (such as  AOV)

Problem:

Calculated metrics is NOT available in Segmentation console.

      I keep thinking they might decide to do something in CJA.  They finally implemented sub-hits.  Now, it’s just a matter of pointing their attention toward this when all the kittens are so focused on that that shiny object over there called AI.

      It would be helpful if someone could use the laser pointer to pop that bubble just a little faster  - wait!  Did I just say that out loud?  To late.
