Upload Saint Data directly from Excel / Chron-Jobs in SiteCatalyst

I spent a lot of time in doing classifications. The best thing would be, if I could define some roules directly in Omniture SiteCatalyst and define a Saint Job (like a Chron-Job).

Also good would be if I could upload classified data directly from Excel like I can do it with the Search Center keywords.
