Upload Possibility for RuleBuilder (classifications)

It would be really helpful to have a possibility to import rule for the RuleBuilder. As we are familiar with the rules it is pretty time consuming to add one rule after the other through the interface - so a simple excel file (like in the usual rule importer) would do it.
