Update the browser width ranges because they are obsolete

The Browser Width report brings data that are not as useful as it would be.

As we have multiple devices and screens accessing the site, the available width data ranges represent a very old market share. From 500px to 750px we have 50px ranges, but most of the browsers now uses wider screens. Most of the browsers are within the 1000 to 1499 pixels width. If we could break it in more ranges it would give quality data for redesigning. Like 1000 to 1099, 1100 to 1199, 1200 to 1299 and 1300 to 1499.

This is also a problem for the 1500 or more range.  With Wide-Screen monitors, this is becoming a more popular area and we need to know more detail than just more than 1500px.

I just had a request for this same info and found the same problem.  The widths need to be more granular in the 1000-1500 range where we have over 80% of our traffic.  As it stands today this report is not valuable.

It looks like if it matched the buckets in Discover that would work.  At lease get closer.  Then make it a classifiable variable if people want it rolled up more.

Is this still under review? I noticed that the last update was from late 2011 and it doesn't appear to be a feature in SC 15.
