Hi,

We are observing vast difference in paid social traffic on App if compared to Mweb. The difference is nearly 85%. We are very aggressive on PAID SOCIAL marketing with multiple campaigns running on social media daily.

Hi Asish,

How is tracking of social media campaigns done in adobe analytics ?

  • If it is done through tracking code, please check whether the tracking code is populating, that would be the first step
  • Setting up of marketing channels, processing rules, classification in report suite settings also effect how the data is reported in reporting and analytics.

Below are the some of links to help you with the same

Hope this helps,

Thanks

@ashishja3Please try to look at the results using Marketing Channel as a dimension & Marketing Channel Instances as a metric as shown below & let us know if you still notice the same behavior.

Also, if you need to further breakdown the Marketing Channel Dimension then try to break down the Marketing Channel dimension line item with Marketing Channel Details dimension.

Please try these suggestion & let us know the results.

Regards,

Abhinav
