Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hey Adobe, what's the glitch?  Sometimes I have no problems, and then many times I encounter THIS problem.  It's SUPER frustrating and you're making my job harder, particularly when I'm trying to drive standards in the organization.

Sounds like a bug that you should raise with Customer Care to resolve.
