Transition from Adobe Analytics to CJA - what do with Quantum Metric and Medallia Extension in Launch

Hi,

We're currently getting ready to switch over to CJA and Web SDK and looking for any advice or experience in migrating Launch extensions to work in the Web SDK world. In particular, we're using the Launch extensions for Quantum Metric and Medallia. Has anyone done such a migration? Is it all work done on client side or do the extension partner need to be involved?

Hi @jfleming2

thise two extensions should not have anything to do with CJA. So, I assume they should not impact your migration.

Hi @jfleming2 Migrating to CJA and Web SDK is a great move and it will not impact with CJA. Regarding Quantum Metric and Medallia extensions, you need to test first before migration.

- Review current rules and align them with the Web SDK’s XDM schema. You may need to use custom scripts if the extensions don’t natively support Web SDK.

- Check with Quantum Metric and Medallia for compatibility and support—they might need to provide updated libraries or guidance.

Start with a pilot for key use cases and test extensively to ensure smooth data flow.
