Hello guys,

Anyone knows the reason why we have data loss with TrackOffline=true?

Thanks

Hi @luca_lattarini ,

Do you have timestamp support enabled for your report suite? If it's Timestamps not allowed, then offline hits will be discarded from reporting.
Here is how you can check this setting: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/timestamp-optional.html?lang=en#:~:text=Go%20to%20Admin%20%3E%20Report%20Suites,report%20suite%20to%20Timestamps%20Optional.
