Tracking Swipe Ups from Snapchat in Adobe Analytics

Hi,

Does anyone here track swipe ups from Snapchat correctly?

We are only able to track aprox 5% of all snapchat swipe ups and these tend to be 99% iphone.

Is there any problems with the in app browser in Snapchat?

Snap accepts agency-generated 1x1 impression trackers for both top snap impression and swipe up actions.

You may need to revisit snapchat swipe-up tags setup. If using DCM/IAS/Moat or mDAR ensure that you follow instructions by snapchat to implement it correctly.

Note:

  • Snapchat do not accept the “A HREF” standard tag, nor do accept Iframe, JavaScript, Internal Redirect, or VAST DCM tag types.
  • Attachments can only be viewed when Snapchatters opt to swipe up on or tap the CTA.
