Tracking outbound links

In the UI for DTM, I have 'Track Outbound Links' checked.  My issue is that it appears to be working in my dev site, but NOT in my production site.  The report suites are set up correctly; I'm at a loss.  I've inherited this, and don't know much about DTM yet.

Any things you can think to look at?

Hi ,

If it is working in staging and not in production they most common reason is they they are not approved and publish . I will suggest you to please publish the tool and check if you are still facing the same issue .
