Tracking by seconds to understand Bounce Rate

It would be awesome to track bounce rate in 10 second intervals of 10, 20, 30 seconds up to two minutes. In Google Analytics I can do this via event tracking. If this can be implemented for SiteCatalyst as well this would be a vast improvement to understand where a boucne rate really happens. We can track this in Google Analytics but not in SiteCatalyst.
