Toggle for how segments are applied in Fallout Visualization

When using the fallout report, segments applied at the top of the panel get applied if criteria for any one of the checkpoints within the visual are met.  This is different than Adhoc which applies the segment inline to each checkpoint.  Please include a toggle for applying segments inline or overall.  The only way to mirror adhoc is to apply each segment inline within the checkpoint, but then segment comparison functionality within workspace no longer applies.
