The "tools" selector in "save as" dissapears when I am logged into Report Builder

Please fix this bug.

As the title says: Report Builder removes "tools" from the "save as" box in Excel when you are logged in to Report Builder and using excel 2007.



This really makes is hard-no, impossible-to password protect spreadsheets.



Why does Report Builder do this?  Buggy...
