The possibility to change fiscal year

Right now in customize calendar settings, we can select start month for a fiscal year, but we can't change the fiscal year itself. It's set by sitecatalyst automatically.

For example, if fiscal year 2011 starts from Nov 2010, when I select November as the start month in sitecatalyst, fiscal year 2011 will be set as Nov 2011- Oct 2012 automatically instead of Nov 2010 - Oct 2011. This causes incorrect year display in all reports.
