Table Builder Reingest

In Discover, I would like to be able to reingest a table that I have built manually into table builder. For example, when I add segments to metric columns, I would like to bring those into table builder so I can edit the full report without having to update each segment/metric column individually. Alternately, table builder could be a bit easier to use so you can add different segments to various different metric columns.
