Some of the Cart Addition & Purchase events are missing on safari browser from mid of march,24

Dear All,

 

We are observing 20%-30% add to cart, checkouts and purchase events are missing on safari browser and for chrome and other browsers everything running perfect. 

Our events are working fine when we are testing using dataslayer but in some of the cases in safari browser events are not geting pushed to adobe like 'Add to cart' ,purchase events as well from mid of Mar,2024. All other events are like cart view, pageviews are working perfectly fine.

 

Any one facing similar issues?

I have seen one such issue in past and we found that the orders were getting suppressed because Analytics calls were being blocked on Safari 17 on iOS. The app was an SPA with a service worker, and when the client disabled the service worker, it worked. Could be related.
