"Site Metrics->Key Metrics" showing almost the same in "Page Views", "Visits" and "Unique Visitors"
Anyone have an idea why the numbers are so close to each other? Might there be a problem in the tracking script?

Check if there is any issues with the cookie. If the cookie is not set correctly, each hit could render a new visitor.
I have seen this happen on intranet sites where the cookie is not allowed to be set.
