Shared Dashboards / Push to Users

Right now, pushing dashboards to all users for existing users.  When you add new users you have to push exisitng dashboards to them.  In our industry  we have users coming in and out frequently so having to push globally shared dashboards everytime we add a new user is time consuming. 

Can we add a feature that enables 'pushed to all users' dashboards available to all users?
