Share 'Dashboards' only to Specific Users

Hello Team,

If we share a Dashboard, the Dashboard will be available in the 'Shared Dashboards' of Dashboard Manager, but for all users.

Even though we have option to 'Push To Users', it is to push the Dashboard to 'Dashboards Menu' of Reports & Analytics and not specific.

Can we enable the option to Share the Dashboards only to Specific Users? This option would be great if anyone need to set privacy for their Dashboards!

Arun,

Of course its possible!, if you do not want to show your dashboard into shared dashboard column as a privacy. Better send the dashboard to your email as PDF or CSV first, later once you received the mail there must be some information like Report Name, Date Created, Users, Company and the last link would shows like "Link to Report" . Share that URL to you concern team or member and ask them to save the dashboard into their respective account.
